Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised CVC and Zabka Group, Poland’s most rapidly developing convenience store network, on the offer of Zabka Group’s shares and subsequent listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Such offer has raised PLN 6.45 billion (EUR 1.5 billion), at PLN 21.50 per share. The offer includes an over-allotment option which, if fully exercised, will increase the value of the offer to PLN 7.42 billion.
Zabka Group’s IPO is the biggest IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2020, and the fourth biggest IPO in Europe in 2024.
