Cinven's acquisition of a majority stake in Alter Domus

We are pleased to announce that we advised Cinven on its strategic investment in AlterDomus, a leading global provider of end-to-end tech-enabled fund administration and corporate services in the sectors of private equity, private debts and real assets. With an almost 5 billion EUR investment, Cinven acquired a majority stake in the group’s next stage of growth.
